Screen frame adhesive Features: They are fit for the bonding of nylon or polymer screen mesh with frames made of aluminium, steel, wood and galvanized iron. It is applied by brush and after curing almost completely solvent resistant. Fast drying and therefore allows bondings of screen meshes with high tention without any loss of tension after having released the frame from the stretching unit. 

Screen frame adhesive Usage: The bonding parts of the new metal screen frame should be coarsened or degreased. After it has been cleaned,apply a layer of bottom emulsion on the surface of the screen frame. It can be stretched after drying.It can be coated when the screen is pulled with required tension to adhere to the frame. It should be coated equally, not too thick. The bonding can be regarded as thorough when the overall color of the screen is dark and equal.

Screen frame adhesive Precautions:

When using solvent-based ink for printing, the bonding place should be

sealed with adhesive tape or edge filler, to prevent the solvent soaking into the bonding place to cause the screen to come off. The container for the frame adhesive should be tightly closed, in case the solvent volatilizes and the liquid thickens up, which may influence its effect.

If the liquid is too thick, the frame adhesive and the fast frame adhesive can

be diluted with alcohol and ethyl acetate respectively.
